It has never been easier. There is so much support and educational information available, for free, on how to safely and satisfyingly transition to a plant-based diet.
We can let go of old, outdated notions of needing to eat animals for protein or drink cow milk for calcium. We thrive on eating plants, and the world is better place for everyone when we do. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain.
So fork it! Go vegan!
