This world can seem like a train wreck at times. Violence, hatred, sickness, abuse. But we can get back on track.
When we eat violence in the form of abused and brutally killed animals, we veer away from our true loving, compassionate nature. Our choices, like individual railway cars, stack together with the choices of others. We can push this train further down the current track, which will take us to extinction, and we can cause massive harm along the way.
Or we can hear the whistle and get on board. We can change tracks and choose a brighter, more sustainable route. We can enjoy the ride more when we are no longer sick from eating animals, and we can enjoy the view when our conscience is cleared of being responsible for causing the deaths of sentient animals we need not kill to survive.
We can change direction and link our momentum together to get on the right track of living a kind, thoughtful, compassionate, healthy life that is worth living. We can be vegan. Learn how to eat a healthy whole food plant-based diet here.
